The bill is under discussion, but its adoption is expected in the future. The purpose of the bill is to standardize the real estate market, which, according to the government, suffers from a lack of quality services and legal uncertainty. If the law is adopted, an official register of licensed real estate agents will be created in Montenegro, and mandatory exams will be introduced to check their qualifications.
