A new surge in prices has been recorded in the real estate market of Northern Cyprus, as shown by an analysis from the portal 101evler and REIDIN. In the fourth quarter of 2023, there is a significant increase in the cost:
- Prices for villas increased by 10.76%, and for apartments — by 4.33%.
- There is also an increase in the rental price by 2.64% on average.
- The average price per square meter of real estate is £1,598 for villas and £1,113 for apartments.
